Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Ginger Punch
½ Cup frozen peaches
½ Cup frozen pineapple
½ Cup frozen mango
Juice of 1 whole, large lemon
½ Tablespoon lemon zest
½ Cup unsweetened coconut milk (carton, not canned)
½ Tablespoon raw honey
1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute until completely smooth, adding more liquid if you would like a thinner consistency.
Enjoy immediately.
Recipe Notes
Swap the honey for coconut nectar for a vegan alternative.
You could also add 2 tablespoons of collagen peptides to this recipe. Substitute for vanilla plant-based protein is you are vegan though. Collagen adds a nice dose of gut-healthy proteins for blood sugar stabilization and to balance out the natural sugars in the smoothie from the fruits!
