Cucumber Tequila Cooler

Cucumbers and celery add a cooling vegetal note to this tart and refreshing tequila cocktail. With a bit of fizz, this fantastic drink will be the highlight of your week!

Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Cucumber Punch
60ml Blanco tequila
20ml Simple syrup
30ml Fresh lime
2 Medium stalks of celery
Sparkling water
Preparation:
Slice up the celery into 1cm pieces.
Add the celery to a cocktail shaker with a pinch salt and muddle until it becomes a paste.
Pour in the Cucumber Punch, simple syrup, lime juice and tequila.
Add a good handful of ice blocks and shake well for at least 20 seconds.
Strain into 2 highball glasses and top up with sparkling water.
Stir gently and add a cucumber slice to garnish if desired.
Recipe Notes
Use honey as opposed to simple syrup for a truly natural taste.
Add a celery stick as a swizzle stick for true authenticity.
