Cucumber Tequila Cooler

Cucumbers and celery add a cooling vegetal note to this tart and refreshing tequila cocktail. With a bit of fizz, this fantastic drink will be the highlight of your week!

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Cucumber Punch

  • 60ml Blanco tequila

  • 20ml Simple syrup

  • 30ml Fresh lime

  • 2 Medium stalks of celery

  • Sparkling water

Preparation:

  1. Slice up the celery into 1cm pieces. 

  2. Add the celery to a cocktail shaker with a pinch salt and muddle until it becomes a paste. 

  3. Pour in the Cucumber Punch, simple syrup, lime juice and tequila. 

  4. Add a good handful of ice blocks and shake well for at least 20 seconds. 

  5. Strain into 2 highball glasses and top up with sparkling water. 

  6. Stir gently and add a cucumber slice to garnish if desired. 

Recipe Notes

Use honey as opposed to simple syrup for a truly natural taste.

Add a celery stick as a swizzle stick for true authenticity.
