Cucumber Rosewater Mocktail

Intro & Description

This Cucumber Rosewater Mocktail is by far the most refreshing summer beverage! Fresh ginger, mint, and agave nectar fuse with cucumber and a few drops of Rosewater for a delightful drink. By the way, rosewater is so versatile and healing to the skin too! 

So refreshing and exotic, you’ll wish you could take a bath in it.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Cucumber Punch

  • 1 Cup water

  • 8 Fresh mint leaves

  • 1.5cm Slice fresh ginger

  • 2 Teaspoons agave nectar

  • 1 Tablespoon rosewater

  • Splash of club soda for each glass

  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Add mint leaves, ginger and agave nectar a cocktail shaker. 

  2. Muddle to release the flavours.  

  3. Add Cucumber Punch, rosewater, water and ice.  

  4. Shake for 20 seconds. 

  5. Fill two glasses with ice. 

  6. Strain the shaker contents into the glasses until ¾ full. 

  7. Pour a splash of club soda over the top and serve with another sprig of fresh mint. 

Recipe Notes

Simply add some gin, and it’s just as delicious, refreshing and cooling.

Add Sprite in place of the club soda for a sweeter version of this drink.

Add crushed ice and have a more slushie type of effect.

If you cannot find agave syrup, simply add honey or maple syrup.
