Cucumber Pineapple Rum Punch

Ingredients:

  • 750ml Cucumber Punch

  • 500ml Pineapple Punch

  • 6 Stalks of celery

  • 1 Cup white rum

  • ½ Cup lemonade

  • Lime sparkling water

  • Cucumber & Pineapple slices for garnish

Preparation:

Garnished Sparkling Water Ice Cubes

  1. In an ice cube mould, add a slice of cucumber and pineapple and fill with lime sparkling water.

  2. Freeze until ready to serve.

 Cucumber Pineapple Rum Punch

  1. In a blender, add the Cucumber and Pineapple Punch as well as the celery.

  2. Blend until the celery is fully broken down.

  3. Leave to sit in the fridge for around 10 minutes to settle.

  4. Skim the foam (if any) from the top and add to a pitcher or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  5. When ready to serve, add the rum and lemonade.

  6. Serve with garnished ice cubes.

Recipe Notes

For a harder kick, add more rum.

For less of a kick, add more lemonade.

If you find the lemonade too sweet, add sparkling water instead.
