Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Cucumber Punch

  • 60ml London dry gin

  • 60ml Freshly squeezed lime juice 

  • 2 Tablespoons simple syrup

  • Tonic water to top up

Preparation:

  1. Add ice blocks to a cocktail shaker, and then all of the ingredients except for the tonic water. 

  2. Shake for 20 - 30 seconds until cold and strain into 2 hiball glasses filled with ice. 

  3. Top up with a splash of tonic water. 

  4. Add a twist of lime over the rim to garnish. 

Recipe Notes

Replace the tonic water with something sweeter, like Sprite, for a sweeter palate.

Replace the simple syrup for an agave or maple syrup. This will bring on a different flavour to the drink.
