Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Cucumber Punch
60ml London dry gin
60ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
2 Tablespoons simple syrup
Tonic water to top up
Preparation:
Add ice blocks to a cocktail shaker, and then all of the ingredients except for the tonic water.
Shake for 20 - 30 seconds until cold and strain into 2 hiball glasses filled with ice.
Top up with a splash of tonic water.
Add a twist of lime over the rim to garnish.
Recipe Notes
Replace the tonic water with something sweeter, like Sprite, for a sweeter palate.
Replace the simple syrup for an agave or maple syrup. This will bring on a different flavour to the drink.
