Cranberry Froot Punch

Cranberry Froot Punch is crisp, refreshing, and super enjoyable. It’s also very pretty, which is important when you want to jazz things up for the holidays. The cranberries in this holiday punch absolutely sparkle next to the fresh lime. This fizzy holiday punch has just the right amount of sweetness and is loved by everyone so it’s perfect for any party.

Recipe
Ingredients:
100g Cranberries
750ml BWG Froot Punch
250ml Cranberry Juice
Thin wedges of lime
Thin wedges of orange
Mint sprigs
600ml Appletiser / Sparkling apple juice
Preparation:
Put the cranberries into a medium size, rigid freezer container.
Cover with water (by about 2.5cm) and freeze until solid.
Mix the Froot Punch juice and cranberry juice in a large jug (about 1.5 litre).
To serve, smash the sheet of frozen cranberries into shards and put in the bottom of eight highball glasses.
Put a wedge of lime and orange as well as a mint sprig in each glass.
Then pour in the mixed juice from the jug and top up with Appletiser / sparkling apple juice.
Recipe Notes
The fresh lime and cranberries give this punch an extra punch. Don't skip them!
Only pour in the sparkling apple juice / Appletiser when you are ready to serve, to avoid the fizz going flat.
If you are not a fan of cranberries, leave out the cranberries and cranberry juice, and substitute for fresh grapes and grape juice.
