Colourful Carrot Mocktail

Intro & Description

This recipe combines the goodness of carrot with pineapple in such a way that it not only makes it more refreshing and tasty but also retains dietary fibers, minerals and vitamins of both the carrot and pineapple. Serve this lip-smacking beverage recipe with a breakfast of your choice and give your body some of the nutrition it needs.

Ingredients:

  • 500ml BWG Carrot Punch

  • 250ml BWG Pineapple Punch

  • 250ml Orange juice

  • 2 - 3 Teaspoons honey, to taste

  • ½ Cup Pineapple chunks.

  • 1 Orange, peeled and cut into pieces.

  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Place the Carrot Punch, pineapple and orange juices into a pitcher and stir to combine. 

  2. Add the honey to taste. 

  3. Add pineapple chunks and orange pieces. 

  4. Fill the jug with ice, and serve. 

Recipe Notes

This non-alcoholic beverage tastes best when served chilled.

Use agave nectar in place of the honey for a vegan alternative.

Use frozen pineapple chunks when blending and have more of a frozen, icy drink. Use frozen pineapple chunks in place of ice blocks, as this will not water down the flavour.
