Coconut Cucumber Smoothie

Intro & Description

This cooling and refreshing breakfast drink is great for those days when your digestive fire is a little low, which tends to happen in the summer. However, you will still need something nutritious that will sustain you throughout your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 500ml BWG Cucumber Punch 

  • 1 Cup coconut water

  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flakes

  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter (optional)

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add the coconut water, Cucumber Punch, coconut flakes, lime juice and almond butter (if using). 

  2. Process until it’s smooth and creamy.  

  3. Drink immediately.  

Recipe Notes

Try adding some almond butter if you feel in need of more protein.

Add some BWG pineapple punch or fresh pineapple chunks for a tropical explosion.

Adding banana to this smoothie will create a thicker, creamier option.
