Ingredients:
250ml BWG Pineapple Punch
350ml Brandy
90ml Fresh lemon juice
90ml Simple syrup
250ml Club soda
Lemon wheels, garnish
Fresh sage leaves, garnish
Preparation:
Chill all ingredients for several hours.
Combine brandy, Pineapple Punch, lemon juice and simple syrup in a small pitcher.
Top with club soda just before serving.
Pour into glasses.
Garnish with lemon and sage leaves.
Recipe Notes
Fresh squeezed lemon is best. You will need about 3-4 large lemons to squeeze plus a few more for garnishes.
Only add the club soda right before you serve. That way the punch is fizzy and fresh!
Simple syrup is easy to make, but you can also find it in the cocktail section of most grocery stores. It’s simply a mixture of equal parts sugar and water, that is heated until the sugar dissolves fully. You can make a batch and keep in in the fridge for weeks.
Change out the Brandy for vodka, bourbon or rum. Just like most punches, you can change out the booze to suit your tastes. You can also leave out the booze and make this a great family-friendly holiday drink.
