Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 Teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

  • 125ml BWG Lemon Punch

  • 2 Teaspoons sugar or sugar replacement (optional)

  • ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Combine blueberries, lemon zest, lemon punch and sugar or sugar replacement (if using) in blender. 

  2. Add yogurt; cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. 

       

Recipe Notes

For an extra protein boost, add ½ scoop of Whey Protein Powder per 1 cup of yogurt.  

You can substitute the yogurt for a dairy free option if you prefer.
