Recipe
Ingredients:
½ Cup frozen blueberries
1 Teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
125ml BWG Lemon Punch
2 Teaspoons sugar or sugar replacement (optional)
½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Preparation:
Combine blueberries, lemon zest, lemon punch and sugar or sugar replacement (if using) in blender.
Add yogurt; cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Recipe Notes
For an extra protein boost, add ½ scoop of Whey Protein Powder per 1 cup of yogurt.
You can substitute the yogurt for a dairy free option if you prefer.
