Beetroot Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie

This healthy, vibrant beetroot and strawberry smoothie is perfect for breakfast! Called “Beetroot Sunrise” it will brighten up your morning and get it off to a good start!
Beets have a bit of an earthy flavor, but adding citrus and berries makes a winning combination.
Recipe
Ingredients:
250ml BWG Beetroot Punch
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 Orange (peeled and segmented)
½ cup coconut milk
2 medium carrots (scrubbed well and chopped)
Preparation:
Place everything into blender and puree until smooth.
Add more coconut milk if required.
Garnish with raspberries.
Recipe Notes
Use BWG Carrot Punch in place of the fresh carrots - so much easier!
You can use any milk for this recipe, although coconut milk works really well!
Add a few blueberries for a true berry explosion.
Adjust this recipe to your desired consistency.
