Beetin’ Good Time

Intro & Description

A beetroot and gin sour, mixed with egg whites. The fluffy topper makes this a signature drink, and your friends and family will rave at you ingenuity with this fab looking drink.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml London Dry Gin

  • 250ml BWG Beetroot Punch

  • 125ml BWG Lemon Punch

  • I Tablespoon Simple Syrup

  • 1 egg white

Preparation:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice (dry Shake). 

  2. Shake for around 30 seconds then add some ice and shake for another 30 seconds until cold. 

  3. Strain into 2 chilled coupe glasses and garnish each glass with 2 floating basil leaves. 

Recipe Notes

Replace the egg white with 2 Tablespoons Aquafaba for a Vegan alternative.

If you have less of a sweet tooth, omit the simple syrup.
