Ingredients:

  • 60mls White Rum

  • 250ml BWG Beetroot Punch

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey Syrup

  • Freshly squeezed lime juice

Preparation:

  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake until cold. 

  2. Strain into two coupe glasses. 

  3. Add some crushed ice if desired, and garnish off with a floating lime wheel. 

Recipe Notes

To make honey syrup: take some honey and boiling water. Mix until you have the desired consistency. Cool completely before use.

Use 1 cup of crushed ice and this will give you a more frozen daiquiri.

Omit the honey syrup if you prefer a drink that is less sweet.
