Basic Froot Smoothie

This is a great and easy smoothie to make, consisting of fruit, froot punch and ice. For a natural energy drink or a filling breakfast, whizz up this nutritious smoothie in no time.

A basic but beautiful smoothie, just mix and go.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml BWG Froot Punch

  • 1 Punnet Strawberries

  • 1 Bananas

  • 2 Peaches

  • 2 Cups ice

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches.  

  2. Blend until fruit is pureed. 

  3. Add the Froot Punch. 

  4. Add ice and blend to desired consistency.  

  5. Pour into glasses and serve.  

Recipe Notes

For a thicker consistency, freeze the banana and strawberries before hand.

The fantastic thing about this recipe, is that you can substitute almost any of the fruit and still have a fantastic tasting smoothie. Don’t be afraid to experiment!

Any kind of berry, mangos, papayas, kiwi fruit also make for a killer combination.
