Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado (skin and seed removed)

  • 250ml BWG Cucumber Punch

  • ¼ Cup lemon juice (60ml)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (125ml)

Preparation:

  1. Combine avocado, Cucumber Punch, lemon juice, and almond milk in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.  

  3. Remove and serve immediately.   

Recipe Notes

Add some frozen banana to give this smoothie an even creamier, thicker consistency.

If you are not a fan of tart flavours, leave out the lemon juice.
